A perfect location for a peaceful visit
I was looking for accommodation to use whilst working for three weeks in Pembrokeshire, just before Christmas. Harrolds Barn has it all! Space, peace and quiet, a cosy retreat (log burner!), good local facilities and in my last week, I was able to take my dog, to sample a few of the stunning beach walks for a bit of down time. The host was brilliant, helping me to settle in and made us feel very welcome. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and would love to return for a family break another time.

The barn perfect for family and pets
It was immaculate when we arrived and met alyson the owner, she was very helpful. The bard has a log fire which was used every day so cosy. The sheep and lambs were great to watch from the living room window .trip to tenby and saundersfoot not to far away. Also smooth is worth a visit . Would highly recommend.

Welcome retreat
Just returned from a wonderful week at the barn at Harolds farm.A peaceful location in beautiful countryside, only a short drive into Tenby and Saundersfoot.Lovely walks in the area too.We were there mainly to celebrate my sixtieth birthday but we all enjoyed the relaxing break. The atmosphere was very homely, helped by the log burner which created a cosy feel to our last night when the weather took a turn for the worse. It didn't put a damper on the holiday though. Many thanks to Alyson, the owner, for the welcome pack, including cookies, milk etc.The fresh flowers were a nice touch too. Also, thanks again for my birthday card and chocolates, much appreciated.Everyone who stayed wouldn't hesitate to stay again and hope to do so in the future.Well worth a stay, highly recommend. Thanks to Andrew and Murphy too xxx

Perfect Getaway
We stayed at the barn Harrolds farm for a week in May with 4 adults and a toddler. It is well placed in the countryside but you can still easily get access to the local main road to explore the rest of Pembrokeshire. Our favourites being Tenby, Saundersfoot, Manorbier and of course folly farm!! Our toddler ordered me to turn the car around and go back to Wales on our return trip so it must have been a success! Hopefully we can come back next year to visit Buddy and friends!

Fab - You - Luss! An amazingly warm welcome in a beautifully appointed converted barn.
We came to stay here for our first trip to Pembrokeshire. The Barn is a gorgeous place to stay - we were enticed by the pictures but they don't really do it justice. If you want to try anywhere in this region, try to get into the Barn first. We loved it! We felt instantly at home and were greeted with a platter of very naughty and deliciously gooey chocolate brownies and some treats for the dog as well. So thoughtful. The location is quiet, peaceful and tucked away from the rat race and we felt rested as soon as we woke the first morning. The Barn is such a flexible space to work just how we wanted it - each one of us could find ample space to relax in our own way. Walks are on tap outside the front door - for our first two days we never even needed to get in the car and were able to take in some lovely walks straight outside the front door. Visiting the nearby beaches is very easy, being just a short drive away - and they are some of the best beaches I've come across in the UK. beautifully clean sand, some rockpools, a bit of surf, and the lovely coastal towns and nearby pubs make the location a must visit. One day we ventured into the Cresselly Hills for some longer walks and we all (and the dog) found it to be very rewarding. Such natural beauty. We so want to come back again!
