This townhouse has incredible views across Red Wharf Bay. Within walking distance of a fabulous pub and bistro. Wifi, balcony.

An absolutely fabulous townhouse, on the east coast of Anglesey, with the most breathtaking view across Red Wharf Bay. Not only do you have the finest townhouse in this luxurious complex, but you are within walking distance of one of Anglesey's best pubs - The Ship Inn (which also has a restaurant) and The Boathouse which has a family cafe and restaurant. Head upstairs past a wonderful in the stairway, and enter the open plan living space where the doors open out onto the wonderful balcony, just soak up the sea air and the sublime sea views.

The sitting area has comfortable sofas and chairs around an unusual wall-set gas flame fire. There's a 40" flat screen TV with BT TV and BT Sport, a Sony Blu Ray sound system with Bluetooth so there is entertainment aplenty. The large dining table offers views across the balcony to the beach beyond and large doors to throw open in the good weather.

The bespoke kitchen offers everything you need to make cooking easy! There's a coffee maker that only takes beans so the owner leaves you a bag, an inset sink, dishwasher, gas range type hob, electric oven and combination microwave cooker. The large central island doubles as a handy breakfast bar.A utility room has a washer/dryer and its own shower, ideal for rinsing off sandy toes after coming in off the beach.

The children's snug is the only room without a view. In here they?ll find a flat screen TV with Freeview and a Playstation2 and lots of games and DVDs.Ideal if you do get a rainy afternoon that you need to while away! Each bedroom has a combination TV and DVD player with free view.

There are two ground floor bedrooms - a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. Both have views across the bay and they share a bathroom with shower over the bath, loo and wash hand basin.Upstairs is a master bedroom with balcony and ensuite shower room, loo, basin and stainless steel towel rail.

There's also a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, loo and wash hand basin, electric towel rail. Outside there is no garden, but there is allocated off road parking for two cars. The balcony with stunning views, as well as the beach being so close, more than make up for the fact that there isn?t a garden.

"This impressive townhouse has incredible views, contemporary furniture, whether there are two of you or 8 of you, it is a welcoming, happy house." You can step out on to the Coastal Footpath, walk out for morning coffee or simply relax and indulge in this wonderful house and enjoy the views, birdlife and sea air! This contemporary house is really 21st century. Welcoming and comfy, just so different, it has an amazing kitchen, contemporary furniture from Heals and lovely paintings.

You will never tire of the view and you will not want to go home!
