Westland is a three storey semi-detached house, located on Devon Road in Salcombe. This lovely holiday home sleeps seven people in three bedrooms with one family bathroom (first floor), and one shower room (ground floor). There is a superb open plan kitchen/dining room with a central island/breakfast bar and large pine table and two double sofas to seat all guests comfortably, as well as a delightful lounge with a TV, DVD and Playstation 2 to entertain, and a lobby/porch in the hallway to store bags.
Outside there is a large, sun baked, stone paved terrace at the front of the property with table, chairs and a barbecue. This is a fantastic base for an extended family to holiday in south Devon, providing all weather entertainment not only in the property, but within its surrounding beaches, town centre, and neighbouring chocolate box villages.
