Another five-star holiday cottage from the Lligwy Estate in a stunning location near Moelfre, on the east coast of Anglesey. As you gently wind your way down the lane towards the sea, that blissful holiday feeling begins. Once you enter the house, that 'magic' intensifies - you will not want to leave this one! Recently restored and renovated, Penrhyn Barn is very special and has breathtaking views from nearly every window.

The large patio area and garden are just fabulous! A few steps take you to the coastal footpath, leading to Traeth yr Ora, a beautiful beach that's always quiet and is only accessible on foot. The kitchen area is well-equipped with a range oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.There is a dining table and six chairs.

In the utility room you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board.There are two sitting rooms.The first has large comfortable sofas and chairs, a wood burning stove, SMART TV, Blu Ray DVD player, maps, games and books.

The second is a fabulous sunroom with seating and doors opening on to the patio area, making the most of the views.The first bedroom on the ground floor is a double room with super king sized bed and doors opening onto the patio. Stairs from the sitting room lead to the next two rooms.

The master double ensuite has a king sized bed and there is also a twin ensuite bedroom. All bedrooms have a SMART TV.On the ground floor there is a wet room with shower, loo and wash hand basin.

Both ensuite bedrooms upstairs have a bath with shower over, loo and wash hand basin.There is a large garden and patio area with garden furniture and barbecue, and ample parking. An outside shower is perfect for hosing down sandy toes.

Space, bright light, wonderfully designed, great use of colour in fabrics and furnishings, individual artwork and every modern comfort to make your holiday so relaxing. Penrhyn Barn sits next to Penrhyn Farm and is perfect for extra large groups to share a holiday or special celebration together whilst retaining privacy.
