Nyth Y Fran is an attractive, four-storey holiday home resting in Abersoch, Gwynedd and can sleep 12 people in five bedrooms.

Set over four floors, you will find five bedrooms including a second-floor king-size with balcony and en-suite walk-in shower room, a ,second-floor king-size with en-suite walk-in shower room, a king-size with a balcony, a twin with a cot and a final family room with four singles, along with a bathroom. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an open fire. The kitchen appliances include an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, while for your entertainment there is a TV and WiFi.

Fuel, power, a starter pack for open fire, and bed linens are included in the rent, and you will also find highchair, cot, travel cot and stairgate available. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden with decking, a patio, a bar, a barbecue and furniture. The property accepts pets, however it does not allow smoking and there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200.

Please note that there are steps down to the back garden so please take care. Find a shop and pub in 300 yards and a beach in less than 1 miles. Nyth Y Fran is a fantastic base for a break to the Welsh seaside.
