Ty Coed is a beautifully presented, detached property situated in the heart of Abersoch, Wales and can sleep ten guests in five bedrooms.

Five bedrooms including two king-size, double, twin, adult bunk. There is also a bathroom, shower room, cloakroom, kitchen/diner, utility, snug and a sitting room. The heating is oil and the kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

For entertainment there are two TVs, a TV with Sky, DVD player and WiFi. Fuel, power and bed linen are included. A travel cot and highchair is provided.

Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with decking, patio and furniture, along with off-road parking for six cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but smoking is not permitted. Shop 300 yards, pub 200 yard, beach less than 1 miles.

Ty Coed is a wonderful retreat, whatever time of year.
