The bedrooms all contain Smart TVs and consist of king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size with Juliet balcony and en-suite shower room and a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size) with en-suite shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars, a patio with furniture and barbecue and wrap-around balcony.

Within less than 1 miles there is shop and less than 1 miles a pub and Lake Windermere. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
