The Warren Q4 is a lovely detached lodge nestled on the Warren Holiday Park near Abersoch, North Wales and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Single storey. Three bedrooms including a double with en-suite shower and two twins, served by a bathroom with bath and shower over. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area.

The heating is gas and kitchen houses an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. For entertainment there are two TVs with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel, power and bed linen are included.

To the outside is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear decking with barbecue and furniture. One small pet is welcome however smoking is not allowed. less than 1 miles to a shop, pub and beach.

Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200. Note: Watercrafts are not permitted on the park. Note: On-site facilities at The Warren Holiday Park include: Technogym, three outdoor swimming pools and flume, indoor heated pool, sauna and steam rooms, badminton courts, squash courts, outdoor tennis courts, Warren Spa (at an extra fee), soft play area and the Sandbar Beach Restaurant.
