The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, bread maker, dining seating for four, and a gas fire, a dining room with seating for six, a sitting room with open fire and TV, and a study with desk. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin, along with a ground-floor shower room, a bathroom, and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is a rear sloped terraced garden with lawn and furniture, as well as roadside parking.

Within less than 1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 300 yards, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs welcome though please ensure dogs are kept downstairs and off furniture and beds.
