Superb family house
This property was enjoyed by our family of 7 adults in 2020. The upstairs living area was absolutely fantastic for us all in a social space. Although the seating wasn?t as comfortable for more than 5 adults, when were all seated in the evenings. A larger sofa here would be so so much better. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed all sitting at the large dining table with wonderful views towards St Brides Bay. The beds were very comfortable which is always a huge bonus on holiday. The two smaller twin rooms were also fine for adults. The main bathroom had issues with drainage from the toilet which we reported. The outside space was rather unloved and not at all inviting to sit out. The garage was very useful to house our surf boards. The house is in perfect position to walk to Musslewick Sands at low tide which is often good for surfing and boarding. You can also walk to Marloes Sands which is heavenly and also often good for boarding. Dale is so near for other watersports, although sadly closed in 2020 due to Covid. And Dale pub is an absolute must for good food. Of course St Martin's Haven is so near for Skomer Island visits. So many beautiful walks and areas to explore from the house. Thanks to the cleaning team which must have been a trial last year. Hoping when we next visit the sofa situation and toilet might have been upgraded.
