Pond Cottage, a reverse-level home has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a utility, a sunroom, a double bedroom with en-suite, and a twin with en-suite. Appliances consist of an electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, 3D/HD TV with Freeview, two TVs, two DVD players, USB charger, Bluetooth system, and a selection of books and games. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, a large garden with lawn, terrace, hot tub and garden furniture, and 35 acres of land, accessible to guests, with streams, wildlife ponds and bridleways, steep woodland areas.
Two well-behaved dogs welcome at a supplement, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Enjoy rural Ceredigion at Pond Cottage.

Amazing holiday at Pond Cottage
We have had the most brilliant holiday, made even better by the owners Phillipa and Mark. They are so passionate about both their holiday cottages and guests - nothing is too much trouble.
Upon arrival, you immediately fall in love with the place. The cleanliness of the cottages is of such a high standard. We have certainly never stayed anywhere so clean and beautifully furnished, equipped with everything you could possibly want. The cottage itself is just stunning with gardens to match. There is a wonderful hot tub which looks out over the garden but still very private. Everything has been thought of to complete your visit; board games, dvds and books. We especially liked the bird feeder on the balcony which attracted numerous different birds daily.
We could not finish our 5* review without mentioning Casper and Bailey - the beautiful doggies. We look forward to seeing you soon.
