Ty Ffynnon is a detached property situated in Abersoch, North Wales and can sleep ten people in four bedrooms.

Four bedrooms including a king-size with en-suite bathroom, king-size double, double with en-suite shower, family room with king-size, bunk and en-suite shower. There is also a bathroom, kitchen/diner, sitting room with woodburning stove and conservatory. The heating is electric storage heaters and the kitchen houses an electric AGA ranger, combi microwave/oven, electric hob, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

For entertainment there is a TV, DVD player, WiFi and a selection of books. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. There is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed rear garden with furniture.

Two pets are welcome and smoking is not permitted. Shop and pub 200 yards, beach less than 1 miles. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200.
