There are three bedrooms: a double on the ground floor, a triple and an adult bunk on the first floor. The bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower, a basin, and a WC. There is also a cloakroom with WC.

A kitchen hosting an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher which are all electric. There is a living/dining room with TV. WiFi and a selection of games are also available.

Central heating is via electric storage heaters. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Off-road parking for two cars in a communal area.

Rear garden shared with lawn, gravelled area, and furniture. Two well-behaved pets are welcome for a fee of £25 each. Sorry, no smoking allowed.
