Having the facility to alter all the double beds into singles, this is a perfect holiday home for groups of friends wanting to spend time together.

With close proximity to shops, pubs and restaurants, and just a stone's throw from the beach, this pet-friendly retreat is perfect for families and friends seeking a seaside escape where everything that you might need for an enjoyable stay is within walking distance. Upon entering the property, you'll be greeted by a grand Victorian staircase. To the left is a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped to cater to your culinary needs throughout your stay.

This space is contemporary and encourages guests to cook up a storm together. At the heart of this inviting space is a large centerpiece table, perfect for gathering everyone together for meals, conversations, and shared moments, making it the focal point of your holiday. Adjacent to this, you'll find an inviting sitting room, complete with a TV and a warming woodburning stove, perfect for those cooler evenings.

For a change of scenery, head up to the first-floor sitting room, where you can relax and unwind in front of another TV, or perhaps sneak away to the snug for some quiet reading time. The sleeping arrangements consist of eight large beautifully-presented bedrooms, spread across the ground, first and second floors. On the second floor, you'll find four large bedrooms, two of which are super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) each boasting an en-suite with a walk-in shower.

Additionally, there is a twin room (zip/link, can be king-size on request) and a family room with a king-size (zip/link, can be singles on request), also equipped with a TV. These two rooms share access to a shower room with a walk-in shower. Two of these rooms also benefit from a TV for your entertainment.

There are three spacious bedrooms on the first floor. Two bedrooms on this floor are super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), each with an en-suite featuring a bath and shower over. A third super king size with ensuite walking shower is also present on this floor.
