Upon entry, discover a utility space with ample amenities, tucked away into the ground floor, as well as a shower room with contemporary styling and a bedroom with a sitting area and access to the rear garden.

Throw open the patio doors and allow the seaside air in, or head out into the enclosed garden to enjoy a soak in the hot tub or a glass of your favourite beverage in the sunshine as your four-legged companions recline on the grass beside you.
