Travel information for Gwydir Castle
Technically a castle but in reality more of a fortified manor house, Gwydir is a wonderfully atmospheric place to visit. It was built around 1500, with later additions. The interior fittings are simply marvellous, and Gwydir is supposedly one of the most haunted buildings in Wales.
