Ideally located for both the ferry and the bridge we are a great base from which to explore the island. King size beds Juliet balconies sea views organic toiletries aga cooked breakfasts home baking and home-made bread.
Situated on a traditional croft in Sleat South Skye we are ideally situated for the Skye Bridge or for the Armadale to Mallaig ferry. We offer a great base from which to explore the magical island of Skye. Two beautifully designed en-suite bedrooms each with a comfortable sitting area from which to enjoy the panoramic views over the Sound of Sleat to Loch Hourn and the Knoydart peninsula.
We have tried to make this the best B&B experience on the island by incorporating everything that we would like to have when we stay somewhere. Starting with our Thistle theme we have chosen wonderful lambswool to make our curtains sourced 400 thread count duvets and linen embroidered to match. Hand picked our Harris tweed to cover the two comfortable parker knoll chairs that we have made sure are positioned to allow both guests to enjoy the view whilst you curl your toes into the wonderful Skyeskyns rugs.
USB points are placed at both sides of the bed and Bose blue tooth speakers are provided to let you stay connected via free wi fi. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in both rooms. We work with a local artist to put wonderful art in all rooms in the B&B.
Our en-suites are beautifully finished with double ended baths and rain showers we provide beautiful organic toiletries and you can then relax in our dressing gowns and complimentary slippers. There are never more than four people in the house and you can choose to curl up in front of our wood burning stove at the end of the day perhaps whilst enjoying a wee dram and a slice of David's lemon drizzle.
