Located at the end of a long driveway just a 10-minute drive to the A30 means that this property makes a fantastic base from which to explore both Devon and Cornwall. Overlooking Roadford Lake watersports enthusiasts and walkers will be in their element. A 10-minute drive will take you down to the lake where you can enjoy activities such as sailing kayaking canoeing and windsurfing.

The local area also offers an array of National Trust properties. RHS gardens and the sandy beaches of the north coast are within easy reach too. Other places of interest include the word famous Eden Project Plymouth Exeter Barnstaple and Truro all approximately within a one-hour drive.

Enter the property to find plenty of space for families and groups to spread out. The open-plan kitchen/diner provides everything you need for a comfortable home from home. There is a TV fridge freezer dishwasher microwave and table and chairs to seat six people at mealtimes.

The lounge is reached via the sloping hallway floor and offers a TV/DVD comfy seating and French doors onto a small balcony. You will also find the two separate single rooms a shower room with wet room shower and WC and an additional separate WC on the ground floor. The single rooms can be transformed into a double or a twin room however with a request to remove the partition wall.

Upstairs you ll find the further two twin rooms with a partial height restriction one of which can be put together as a double. On the landing there is plenty of space for a travel cot (further restricted height). Outside of the property you will find a useful utility space with washing machine.

The garden enjoys lovely views down across the lake - a great place to relax in the evenings. From the lounge you can step through the French doors and onto a small balcony that leads to the open patio parking and lawn area with far reaching views of the lake and beyond to Dartmoor.
