This property enjoys a secluded location surrounded by the stunning countryside of Dartmoor National Park. Situated close to the southern edge of Dartmoor the property is within easy reach of many interesting sights and attractions including the National Trust properties at Bradley Compton Castle and The Church House in Widdecombe on the Moor. For beach lovers a wonderful beach can be found at Dawlish Warren or why not take a walk through the smugglers tunnel to the beach at Ness Cove which is just twelve miles from the property.

For stocking up on supplies there are shops at nearby Bovey Tracey or for a wider range of shops the cathedral town of Exeter is just fifteen miles north of the property and is a great place for a day trip. This property is one-of-three in this quiet rural location where a warm welcome and a complimentary cream tea await. Guests will find the homely lounge/diner a great place to relax after their drive with its comfortable seating small dining table TV/DVD and a lovely warming wood burner for which logs are provided.

The property s kitchen offers an oven hob microwave and a fridge with ice compartment whilst guests who require use of laundry facilities can use the shared onsite utility barn where there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms both located on the first-floor of the property: the first of these is a comfortable double room and the second bedroom is a restful single room. The bathroom has a shower-over-bath and WC.

Outside there is an enclosed patio with garden furniture which is accessed through the lounge and the owners can provide a BBQ on request if desired. In addition there are lovely shared gardens which guests are able to make use of as well as a paddock which is great for exercising dogs. As an added bonus there is also a shared games room with table tennis and darts board: great fun on a rainy day.
