One of a trio of cottages converted from a 17th Century barn, this property has used a tasteful mix of character and modern furnishings and decoration to achieve a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for three people.

Set in five acres of a working livestock farm, this property began life as part of a barn over 200 years ago. Since then it has been redecorated and renovated to a very high standard and employs character features such as pine panels and exposed beams alongside stylish Victorian furnishings. There is a rear garden in which you can watch the summer sun set over the distant mountains.

Situated just minutes from Betws-Y-Coed, this charming cottage benefits from a secluded location, yet offers easy access to all the attractions the region has to offer.

Highly Recommended
This is the third time we have been to this beautiful cottage, it is set in the outskirts of betwes-y-coed in a rural location. The cottage is very well equipped with all you need for self catering, it is cosy and warm. John and Kathy are extremely friendly and make you feel very welcome, with a lovely touch of home made welsh cakes, a pint of milk and some brew kit for your arrival. You can also order some more welsh cakes to take home for gifts, They are delicious. The cottage a set in a perfect location for lots of activities, walking and general peace and quiet. There is no wii at the cottage or phone signal which is perfect, allowing family's to spend quality time together away for the hustle and bustle of normal life. There is lots of leaflets to help you decide your adventure. This time we went to: Shopping in Betwe-Y-Coed, great for walking gear. The Slate museum - (Llanberis) Lake Railway - (Llanberis) A great tab up Snowdonia Mountain Sygun, Copper Mine - (Beddgelert, Gwynedd) Greenwood Forest Park - (Y Felinheli, Gwynedd) Pili Palas nature world - (Anglesey) A lovely walk from the cottage to Capel Garmon Burial Chamber. Zip world - Betwe-Y-Coed We spent a week at the cottage and loved every second, Highly recommended cottage. Our Holiday was with Two Adults, One 6 year old and one Dog.

We liked the general layout of the cottage and most of all the quietness of the location, as well as the wooden floors and the decoration. The landlady welcomed us very well and gave us good advice for things to do.
Mr Josserand

The cottage had everything we needed for our weekend away, it was very clean and comfortable with good heating and they allowed us to take the dog which was excellent! The bed and sofas were also very clean and comfortable and the owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. It's situated in a very convenient location for day trips around North Wales and the views of Snowdonia when you walk out the front door in the morning were breath taking.
Mr Esterhuizen

The cottage owners were very friendly and the cottage is set in lovely countryside. We would happily go back.
Mrs Sexton

The cottage was perfect, way above my expectations, and the owners are excellent and very helpful. Well done.
