Newlands is a detached holiday cottage in the small Speyside village of Archiestown. The cottage sleeps eight people and has one double bedroom, two twins, one with adult bunks and two family bathrooms. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with dining area a sitting room with a woodburning stove.
Outside is ample off road parking and a front lawned garden. With whisky distilleries to discover, fishing on the River Spey and an abundance of golf courses, Newlands is a superb holiday home in this beautiful region of Scotland.

Perfect Hogmanay getaway
We had a brilliant time staying at Newlands for Hogmanay. 8 of us comfortably stayed for 2 nights. The house is cosy and has a lovely wood burning fire with logs supplied. We will definitely be visiting again!

The situation of the cottage was ideal for us, it also had spectacular views. It is a very attractive cottage with an excellent lounge, very spacious, good burning stove and had a welcoming feel about it. The bedrooms too were spacious and well appointed. We very much enjoyed staying in the cottage as did friends who joined us.
