This single-storey pod consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for two and a sitting area with Smart TV. There is an Alexa to manage lighting. There is a super-king-size bed (zip/link) with electronic lift and tilt mechanism and Smart TV, along with a wet room.

Outside, there is a garden with furniture, a swimming pool and off-road parking for two cars. Please note, this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. Within less than 3 miles there is a shop with within less than 3 miles, a pub.

Moss of Bourach is a unique base for a romantic retreat. Note: Both the property and swimming pool are accessible for people with disabilities. Note: There is an on-site Woodland and Peat bog for exploring.

Note: There are two single sofa beds in the living area, subject to additional pre arrangement with owner.
