Don't book
I wish I had read all the reviews before booking this. We went last year and had a lovely holiday. The house is amazing and we loved it again this year. However we were on the way home when Sykes accused us of breaking the hot tub lid. ! They have kept some of my good housekeeping bond without proof from the owner. So go if you have the time to photograph everything before you use it. Keep away. Sykes have not been very supportive of this at all.

Great week with college friends, wives and partners
Lovely property with stunning views. Weather was great which added to the holiday. Chilled out on the sun drenched patio in the afternoons and stressed out in the hot tub. What more could one want. Pendine beach is close, the walk back uphill is a challenge but if needs drop the car down.
Close to Tenby, Saundersfoot and Pembroke.
Loved it.

DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!
Do not stay at this property! As in previous reviews (which I wish I had read!!) the owner tried to take money off the housekeeping bond to the tone of £200 for a foot mark on a carpet....surprisingly he didn?t ever provide proof of the carpet being cleaned, the quote or the invoice
Sykes supported as they could so I have nothing bad to say about them. I have used them lots of times in the past and always had a good experience.
The view is stunning, but that is all this property has in its favour
Every room on arrival had marks and scuffs. There were cream sofas dirty, black in places
The property is dated, has lots of ornaments and personal family pictures up on the walls, which we didn?t expect for a holiday rental
There has recently been a murder in the village in relation to growing and selling of drugs, which made us wary of being there at night
The hot tub didn?t work and we were told to press this button and that button until it works
The TV set up was awful, no instructions. When I called for assistance because it wasn?t working, again.....press this and that button until it works
The dishwasher didn?t work properly
There was not enough dining room chairs for 6
When clearing up we found 70 birthday confetti over the kitchen floor from the previous party
Not enough space on the drive for more than 2 cars
Thin cream blinds with gaps in the bedrooms, so when the sun rose in the morning the room was as bright as outside offering no shade for sleep
The hob was difficult to work
Lots of laminated instructions/ notices of £100 to fix this and that around the property - very tacky
TV in kitchen didn?t switch on
Lights out in some of the bathrooms
I really could go on and on
Will never go back and would not recommend

Stunning Property
We have just returned from a weeks holiday staying in this wonderful house. We were a family of 6 adults and 4 children. We could not fault it. The owners have thought of everything even down to bottle stops. It was very clean and extremely spacious which meant the children could always find somewhere to play. The hot tub was amazing. We were very fortunate with the weather and most mornings we were in the hot tub which overlooked Pendine Sands. What better way to start the day. The views were fantastic. We had no problems with any of the equipment. We met the caretaker on the day we arrived and he was very polite and said if we needed anything at all to just ring him but we never needed to. His wife came each day to check and clean the hot tub. I have read some of the previous reviews but any problems that previous guests had have all been addressed by the owner and rectified. Our bond was refunded very quickly too. This is definitely a property I would return to if ever we all holidayed together again.
