Dairy Cottage is a charming, mid-terrace barn conversion situated on a working arable farm in the hamlet of Gatcombe near Newport. The cottage is set solely on the ground floor with a double room with en-suite shower room and French doors leading to the patio, a twin room, and a bathroom. There is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire and French doors leading outside.
Outside there is ample off road parking and a patio where you can sit and enjoy al fresco dining with walks right from the doorstep, great for exploring the Isle of Wight.

It was central for all parts of the island, very quiet, and with a resident pheasant family nearby. By some mystery, the sitting room was always comfortably warm and the bedrooms comfortably cooler! The beds, power shower and bath were lovely.

This is a great cottage which is centrally located on the island, so is within 30 minutes drive of all of the island tourist spots. Would definitely stay there again.
