Woodhead Farm Cottage is a charming sandstone resting in the small village of Catterlen in Cumbria. Hosting three bedrooms; one twin, one double and one king-size double overlooking the farmland. There is a family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.
There is also a well-appointed kitchen/ diner and sitting room with a formal dining area and a gas fire. To the outside is a delightful enclosed courtyard area with patio furniture and there is also lockable bike storage and off-road parking for 3 cars. Set in a wonderful situation, Woodhead Farm Cottage is a great place to enjoy at any time.

Lovely cottage
We have just returned from staying at Woodhead cottage. Julie the host was lovely and so helpful even dropped us some ice in when we had said we had none. Cottage was spotless with everything you needed. Penrith was 10 mins drive away with plenty of pubs, shops and restaurants but a bit of a struggle getting taxis especially on the Saturday night. DJ the horse was an added extra in the garden who loved coming over to see us. Would recommend to people who want a quiet break but able to drive into Penrith if they want a bit more.
