Local amenities a 5 minute drive. Further amenities can be found in Llandudno an 8 minute drive away.

Summerfield is an outstanding holiday house, beautifully presented and perfectly located for families and friends looking to make the most of the stunning North Wales coastline. The kitchen and reception rooms are great spaces for entertaining and open on to the lovely garden where, on a warm summer's evening, you can open the patio doors and dine alfresco. "When you enter this stylish, elegant home you will instantly relax and be so, so delighted with your choice" There is a fabulous array of things to do and see in the immediate area and slightly further afield.

Located on the edge of the medieval town of Conwy, it is an easy stroll down to the idyllic Conwy estuary where there are independent shops, cafes and bars. The town itself, with its' castle and harbour is just a little further. Victorian Llandudno with its two beaches, pier and promenade makes for a lovely day.

A choice of a cable car or heritage tramway to the summit of the Great Orme offers you some of the most spectacular views of this beautiful coastline. There is an abundance of activities to suit all interests on offer in this area; from a stroll on the beach, to sea fishing, walking and climbing in the Snowdonia range. There are plenty of castles and heritage to enjoy and last, but certainly not least, the world-class adventure tourism in the area such as Surf Snowdonia and Zip World.

Perfect!
Lovely large house between Deganwy and Llandudno Junction with lovely views across to Conwy Castle. The garden is large with plenty of space for young children to run around and play games. The house itself is very well equipped and has a small library of books and lots of games for both children and adults. It was perfect for our family, so much so we have booked another week there next summer.
