Peak District Self Catering cottage, Spring Bank Cottage, Hayfield, sleeps 8

Superb
Having just returned from our 4th visit to Spring Bank Cottage we immediately booked for next year. A great house, superbly decorated with everything you need for a great hol. Our dogs loved the walks from virtually the doorstep, the house is cosy & warm following a day out and overlooks the cricket pitch. Christine our host makes everything really easy, answering all questions promptly. Hatfield itself is a great village with pubs, cafe's and an Restaurants, most welcoming the dogs which is great. All in all a great location, house & host.

Very kind and accommodating host
I had booked Spring Bank Cottage for the May bank holiday weekend this year, however due to the lockdown I was unable to go. Christine was kind enough to get in touch pro-actively to me and helped to swiftly process a refund as we were unable to commit to a new date. (Not all owners of properties through Sykes Cottages have been so accommodating). Once I and my party are able to, I look forward to rebooking my trip and spending the weekend at the Cottage.

A beautiful property in a charming setting - totally delightful!
As a group of friends we have stayed in this lovely warm welcoming house for several years' running now - and there are always new places to eat nearby, more walking routes to explore and yet more to find out about Hayfield itself. Every time we leave we look forward to planning our next visit!

Wonderful holiday rental property
Six of us have been back to this property 5 times. It is a spacious, beautifully appointed, well stocked property in a lovely village. There are bars, restaurants, local shops and many great walks at hand. It is the perfect location. We never tire of this place! The owners are very helpful and approachable. I would highly recommend this place for an enjoyable break. You will not be disappointed!
