With a shower room with a sauna, first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and electric fire, first-floor external kitchen, first-floor utility and first-floor games room with a bar and balcony. Outside there is ample off-road parking, an enclosed roof terrace with decking, hot tub and furniture, as well as a balcony with decking and furniture. The main part of the apartment is heated by electric central heating, electric fire and underfloor heating.

The property is home to double electric ovens and hob, range with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, two fridge/freezers, washer/dryer and a dishwasher. There is also a Smart TV, five TVs, projector, BOSE sound system, WiFi and a selection of games. The fuel and power are included in the rent, along with the bed linen and towels.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The shop is 300 yards away, the pub is located 200 yard away and the beach is less than 1 miles away. Please note that the second-floor emperor and second-floor twin are separated by a door.
