The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with an open en-suite, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, and TV, a double with en-suite, a further double, and a single, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a wrap-around, sloped garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and a gated driveway with ample parking.

One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Cot and highchair available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

You'll find a shop in less than 1 miles, a pub in less than 1 miles, and River Dwyryd in less than 2 miles. Bryn Berthen is an opulent base, perfect for exploring Gwynedd. Note: There are slops and drops in the garden; please supervise children at all times.
