Lovely stay at Big Azzles
We booked for 2 nights to stay in wonderful Benllech. We normally stay on beach road but couldn't get availability so we booked the big azzles through sykes. We absolutely loved it. I am really shocked at the previous review by Andrew, who on earth goes to a cottage and inspects the carpentry? Surely you go to have fun and a good time and the house was exactly what we needed. Perfect location only 15 mins walk down to Benllech beach so it is right on your door step, tesco express and the Benllech pub 5 mins walk. Hot tub is a great addition and lovely little sea view over the fence and from the back bedroom. The parking is perfectly fine, we fit 2 cars outside big azzles (a Qashqui and a Mini) both properties also had 2 cars and we could easily reverse out and manoeuvre our easily, again really unsure on the review previous saying parking is an issue, it isn't at all. The beds, pillows and duvets were comfy, we all slept really well and the curtains provided a lovely a dark room. The kitchen was well equipped and we really loved having a utility room as it was handy to do some washing. We loved it that much we extended our stay for another night and we can't wait to come back to any of the 3 properties. Thanks again to the wonderful owner Adrian for a fantastic stay!

fir coat,no knickers!
firstly 5 o,clock is late for arrival,it,s dark and we missed it twice because so dark, the beach is not on the doorstep and ponty pandy welcome sign is misleading,Heating was not turned on till the next morning, thanks to the log burner we did not perish!!although no instructions on where to find wood in the dark,no instructions of any kind really for the usual does and dont,s,we usually have,This is our first sykes holiday we have been disappointed with, why have the many complaints not been rectified? The property is not cheap to rent either and 9 oclock departure is early, don,t tell me they need that long cleaning because it wasn,t that apparent such a big clean had been done.I am a carpenter by trade and took lots of pics of "finishing touches" this house has to offer to amuse my work mates on return, shocking!!It,sad ,this lovely modern house has so much to offer but fails, also the properties say for 6 people for each property but the parking space leaves a lot to be desired especially if more than one car per property, once bitten twice shy .not big azzles, more bedazzled!we are not being nasty for nasties sake ,never written a bad review before but come on ,it is what it is!!
