Recently refurnished to an incredibly high standard, the property is set over three floors, with an enclosed outdoor area on the ground floor, a further 2 balconies of the living area and master bedroom with views overlooking the Farne Islands, Bamburgh castle and Holy Island in the distance.

Keildon offers the perfect base for those who want to explore the Northumberland coast, or for those who simply want to watch the world go by with flawless views. ACCOMMODATION Communal entrance door and lobby to the front door. GROUND FLOOR Entrance hall with seating & boots area.

Bedroom 2 with king size zip link bed (can be set up as a twin on request), French doors onto enclosed outside area, en suite with shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom 3 with double bed and hanging space. FIRST FLOOR.

Open plan lounge/diner with large corner sofa, Smart TV, dining table and 6 chairs, French doors to balcony with outdoor seating for 2 people. Kitchen with electric single oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. utility room with washing machine, drier and WC.

SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 1 with king size bed, mirrored wardrobe, French doors to balcony with sea views and seating for 2. En suite bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. OTHER FACILITIES Shared parking in yard, additional parking permit for main car park.

Garage for storage of bikes, surfboards, golf clubs. Electric heating. All power, linen and towels included in rent.

Regret no dogs. Keildon also has access to a communal garden with views to the Farne Islands. Although this property will not accept dogs, please be aware that there are occasions when the owner brings their dog to the property - if you have allergies please contact the office.
