The living areas in this three-storey home consist of a first-floor open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a first-floor sitting room with woodburning stove and TV, a first-floor dining room, a snug with woodburning stove and TV, and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, serviced by a shower room, and on the second floor, two king-size rooms, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a courtyard with furniture, ad private parking for two cars.

One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop, a pub, and River Derwent in 200 yards. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Cobbleken is a wonderful base for a family break to Cumbria.
