Hillcrest is a very spacious stone built house located in the centre of the coastal village of Seahouses close to all the amenities and the harbour. Benefitting from a great social open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area with log burning stove and a second lounge to the front of the property, this dog friendly cottage makes the perfect cosy family home for a break by the coast any time of the year. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance hallway.

Lounge to the front with comfy sofas and large TV. Open plan Kitchen / dining / lounge area. Kitchen area with electric oven and induction hob, fridge and microwave with breakfast bar area.

Dining area with table and chairs for 6 guests. Lounge area with comfy sofas, large TV and log burning stove. Patio doors with access to the rear garden.

FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with super king size zip link bed (can be set up as a twin on request) and TV. Bedroom 2 with double bed, TV and wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with bunk beds.

Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Car park permit for 1 car (parking at the rear of the property). Large enclosed rear garden with decked area and garden furniture and 3 steps down to a large gravel area.

Access from garden to parking at rear. Oil central heating. All power, linen and towels included in the rent.
