The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and a fridge, a dining area with seating for six people and a sitting area with a TV, along with a sitting room with an electric fire and TV, and a study. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double with a sitting area and an en-suite shower room, a double with a TV and a balcony, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, the balcony has furniture and there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car.
