Osprey is a beautifully presented first and second floor apartment within one of Southwold's stunning Victorian townhouses. Standing in a prime position in the heart of Southwold with views of the sea!

As featured on MADE.com You are welcomed into a shared entrance hall with the apartment below, Kestrel. A door opens to a private entrance with stairs leading to the first-floor hall.

Directly ahead there is the master bedroom, family bathroom, and a bunk room. Two further stairs lead to the sitting room which opens to the kitchen. Stairs from the hall lead to the second floor which has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a shower room.

At the front of the property is unrestricted on-road parking. Ground Floor Shared with the ground floor apartment, Kestrel. This has a tiled floor with a door opening to a private entrance for Osprey with shoe and coat storage.

Stairs lead to: Hall Two further steps lead up to the sitting room and a staircase leads to the first floor. First Floor Sitting Room Beautiful room with large sash bay window and window seat. There is a living flame gas fire with a large sofa and 2 armchairs, a dismantled drum kit to use as coffee tables and polished wood floors.

There is a flat-screen Toshiba TV with Netflix and a Philips HiFi with iPod/iPhone connectivity. An archway opens to: Kitchen Contemporary kitchen units with granite work surfaces and integrated appliances including, Bosch Fridge/Freezer and washer, Smeg 4 ring gas hob/oven with overhead Hotpoint extractor hood and Neff Dishwasher. Against the wall there is a large table with benches either side and two chairs.

Bedroom One There is a super king bed which can be configured to be made up as a twin upon request. Side table and lamps either side and a fitted double wardrobe cupboard. Family Bathroom Roll top Victorian style bath, shower cubicle with overhead shower, W.

C, washbasin standing on a marble surface, and a heated towel rail. Second Floor Landing There is a useful storage cupboard and wooden flooring. Bedroom Two There is a king size bed with side table and lamps either side, built-in wardrobe cupboard, chest of drawers, and wooden floorboards.

Bedroom Three This room has twin beds with a dismantled drum kit as a side table and lamps. There is also a built-in wardrobe cupboard, chest of drawers, and wooden floorboards. Bedroom Four Bunk room with side lamp, available upon request.

Shower Room Walk-in shower cubicle with overhead shower, W.C, pedestal wash basin, and wooden floorboards. Outside At the front of the property is unrestricted on-road parking.
