To the rear of the property opening out onto the garden is the light and airy kitchen/dining room, with every mod-con needed to cook up a storm.

In addition on the ground floor is a bathroom, perfect for washing those sandy toes after a day at the beach. On the first floor are three well-appointed bedrooms, one king size, a double and a twin bedroom. In addition there is a shower room on this floor.
