The majority of the original features have been kept and restored and which was a high importance to the British Heritage Report. The living areas in this duplex apartment consist of a second-floor open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Smart TV, and a communal utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of two first-floor doubles, one with an en-suite, and a second-floor double, serviced by a bathroom.

Outside there is a communal garden with lawned area, patio and furniture, and ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
