The sea laps right up to the garden wall of this bright, cosy and contemporary marina holiday home. The living area is on the first floor, with a balcony for you to soak up the breathtaking views across the Menai Strait to Anglesey and down to Caernarfon. The open plan living area is on the first floor, with a balcony for you to soak up the breathtaking views across the Menai Strait to Anglesey and down to Caernarfon.

Furnished with comfy leather sofas, a flame-effect electric fire, TV and DVD player. Sliding doors lead onto the balcony with table and chairs where you can sit and take in the magical views. The kitchen is equipped with an electric double oven and four-ring hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

A dining table and chairs are to one side. The two bedrooms are downstairs. The double bedroom has magnificent views, a TV and a door opening onto the patio.

The twin room has a fitted wardrobe and travel cot. The shower room has a power shower, loo, wash hand basin and extractor fan. Outside there is a patio with outdoor furniture.

"The sea literally laps against the garden wall when the tide is up, an upside down marina house which makes the most of the magnificent views." A great little holiday home, where you cannot fail to unwind and relax!
