There are two bedrooms in the cottage consisting of a double and a bunk bed room, accompanied by a bathroom, making the property ideal to sleep four people. The cottage also features a kitchen, dining room, sitting room and a first-floor snug.
Outside is a courtyard area with access to the parking which can be found 50m up School Road behind the cottage. Yew Tree Cottage is a wonderful base for families or couples looking to escape to the coast.

Lovely cottage
We had a week stay here and found it a comfortable and will situated cottage in the village. It was a short walk to the beach at Blackpool sands and had a bus service into Dartmouth. We managed to park close by, no parking available by property. We really loved the little snug room upstairs which had great views. It is almost opposite the village pub, however we didn't actually manage to get in there . We can highly recommend the Radiis7 restaurant and bar just a stroll away but you need to book.in advance. The cottage is a little quirky but has everything you need and was priced well. It would however benefit grately with some outside seating area , even a couple of folding chairs by the back door would help.
Overall a lovely stay .
