Ground Floor A great choice for all the family, this is a very smart cottage with a bright and spacious interior, perfect for a wonderful holiday. The entrance hall leads to a smart open plan sitting room with comfortable seating and a TV/DVD player. A dining room provides an spot to enjoy meals together whilst discussing the day's planned adventures, with French doors leading to the rear garden area.

The separate kitchen is very stylish and incorporates an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a useful ground floor WC/cloaks. First Floor There is a lovely double bedroom with a deep, comfortable bed, fitted wardrobes, TV and a dressing area.

A charming seaside-themed twin bedroom has two full size 3' beds. The smart house bathroom has a bath, shower over, wash hand basin and WC. Outside A small paved patio terrace outside is perfect for enjoying breakfast or pre-dinner drinks al fresco! The Bay Bay Cottage is surrounded by well-kept lawned grounds, ornamental lakes and picnic areas.

There is parking opposite the house. Guests have free access to the excellent leisure facilities on-site including a 20m indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, fully-equipped gym and separate exercise studio, children's playground, three lakes - one of which is available for fishing - and an excellent inn, serving very good food plus a great Mediterranean restaurant. There is also a wide variety of activities to suit all age groups including bike hire, tennis, archery, fencing and a spa offering beauty treatments.
