Primrose Cottage is a wonderful cottage resting in Marldon, Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, a dining room with seating for four people and a sitting room with TV with Freeview, DVD player and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin along with a shower room. Outside there is a shared lawn with heated swimming pool, solar deck and off-road parking for one car.

Within less than 1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 300 yards, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, however there is an additional charge for pets at £3 per pet per night. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

A cot, highchair, stairgate and baby bath are all available. The sun deck and swimming pool are available from mid-May to mid-September. This property does not accept worker bookings.
