This cosy ground floor studio apartment is located in the village of Llanfair, in the heart of Snowdonia National Park. Situated next to the owners own home in a quiet cul de sac situation. Perfect for a couple or individuals, guests can enjoy a peaceful stay.

Upon entering you will be welcomed by the heart-warming open plan sitting area, home to a comfortable sofa and a beautiful double bed that promises a wonderful nights sleep. Tucked away behind a privacy curtain in the corner of the room lies a shower. Located at the rear of the apartment, the kitchen has all of the necessary essentials during your stay.

A small cloakroom with a toilet and basin completes the accommodation. Outside, a rooftop terrace can be accessed by twelve steps. Here you can sit back and enjoy the sunset and surrounding countryside and sea views.

Close to the beach and nestling between the foothills of the Rhinog mountains this traditional village is an ideal base for scenic walks in the surrounding countryside. The small town of Harlech, which is a World Heritage Site only less than 2 miles away, boasts an excellent variety of amenities, including quality restaurants certainly worth a visit.
