This studio-style cottage boasts lots of appeal, from the vaulted ceilings and timber fixtures, to the raised platform for the king-size bed. Surrounded by countryside in a peaceful setting within the owner's grounds, where sheep graze in the nearby fields, enjoy a refreshing stay with your loved one.
Light the woodburner on a cold, winter's evening and wrap yourselves up in the warmth filling the whole room. There is a split-level, open-plan interior, with a well-appointed kitchen, cosy sitting area and a dining area for those romantic evening meals. Outside you have a small seating area with bistro-style table and chairs, ideal for soaking up the summer sunshine with a drink in hand.
A short walk will bring you to the village pub in Littleham, which boasts real ale and home cooked food, and just 4 miles away are the beautiful sandy beaches of Westward Ho! You are in a wonderful location for exploring some of North Devonâs most notable attractions, with rugged coastline, the market town of Bideford and the fishing village of Appledore close by. Visit the famous village of Clovelly and walk the traffic-free Tarka Trail. There are lots of leisure activities to entertain all including golf and horse riding.
Spend a day at the RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Tapeley Park and Gardens or Lundy Island. Choose this delightful bolthole for a digital-detox in a superb region of Devon.
