PEACEFUL SETTING IN STUNNING COUNTRYSIDE SURROUNDINGS Court Barton Farm is a 20th Century cottage that has been beautifully modernised and is full of character. It is located in South Huish a peaceful rural hamlet in a delightfully unspoilt valley which runs down to the sea at Thurlestone Sands which is less than a mile making this the perfect property for an enjoyable relaxing holiday. Thurlestone Sands is a wonderful beach for sunbathing swimming and water sports.

South Huish is also very close to the old fishing village of Hope Cove where you will find sandy beaches and miles of delightful and varied scenery along this rugged Heritage Coastline. Salcombe lies just a few miles away and is famous for its beautiful estuary its sailing boating and golden beaches. The wonderful surrounding countryside is designated an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ and is a real joy for those who enjoy the outdoors.

There are many beautiful country walks quite literally on your doorstep. South Hams offers a wide variety of days out including Dartmouth for shopping and its beautiful castle or take a trip to Agatha Christie's house. The market town of Kingsbridge just three miles away provides all the main local amenities such as shopping supermarket cinema and leisure centre.

Court Barton Farm is an ideal property for a family holiday and will welcome everyone after days exploring the pretty villages of the spectacular South Devon coast.The property offers a light and comfortable feel throughout with THREE bedrooms: 1 master double 1 twin room and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC.

Dining room/snug: leading from the lounge it is an ideal place to sit and enjoy breakfasts lunches and fabulous family dinners.

Also enjoying soft seating and a small flatscreen TV a perfect haven for children of all ages. Kitchen: large farmhouse-style providing ample opportunity for catering with an Aga which will no doubt prove the heart of the home. In addition there is an integrated cooker and oven microwave integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Utility room: with washing machine. Outside: patio and garden ideal for al-fresco dining and with easy access to the kitchen.
