160 ACRES CATTLE SHEEP ARABLE COARSE FISHING This beautiful detached barn is set on a working farm close to the spectacular Devon/Cornwall coastline and is ideal for families looking for a relaxing holiday with every home comfort provided. Visitors to Burford can see the animals and the day-to-day activities on the farm or wander across the fields to the fishing pond where you can fish for Carp or Tench. Alternatively there is much to see and do nearby with sandy beaches just a short drive away at Westward Ho! Widemouth Bay and Bude.

Visit the pretty cliffside village of Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets leading to a pretty harbour. The Milky Way and The Big Sheep are both on your doorstep and have excellent all-weather activities for families. After a days hectic sightseeing return to Burford where you can relax and let the children play in the large enclosed garden (a real suntrap) with swing/slide and football goal while adults can sit on the patio enjoy a drink or even a good book whilst cooking alfresco on the BBQ all the while planning your next day's adventure.

The stylish and contemporary accommodation offers many character features with exposed stonework and beams. THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with TV/Freeview built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room with WC and heated towel rail 1 twin room with fitted wardrobes TV/DVD/Freeview and en-suite shower room with WC and heated towel rail. Upstairs there is a further twin bedroom with exposed A-frame beams fitted wardrobes and door leading out to a small decked balcony with seating and steps leading down to the large rear garden.

Lounge/kitchen/diner: situated downstairs an open-plan area with wooden flooring in lounge and slate flooring with underfloor heating in the kitchen. Lounge area with woodburner TV/DVD recorder Freeview hi-fi comfy sofas and many homely features.

Kitchen area has well-fitted units with integral appliances electric cooker hob and hood fridge freezer washer/dryer dishwasher microwave and many useful extras. Outside: french door leads out to the patio area and garden. Large enclosed suntrap garden with garden furniture gas BBQ swing/slide and football goal.

Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen and electric included central heating surcharge of £25 per week applies October - April. Private water supply.

Towels available to hire. Purpose built stairgate provided. Regret no smoking or pets.
