Situated in the very heart of the village of Tideswell, this lovingly restored, traditional terraced cottage dates back to the 1700s and was once part of a shop – ‘Chapmans of Tideswell’, a newsagent and printing company
The propertyâs unusual name was coined during the Second World War when the rear of what is now the kitchen was used as a telephone exchange.
