A lovely single storey cottage in the seaside village of Milford on Sea, which can accommodate six people over three bedrooms, and is ideal for coastal or countryside pursuits.

This cosy semi detached cottage is in the village of Milford on Sea in Hampshire, and would be an ideal base for anyone looking to enjoy a seaside holiday or a country break. The rooms have all been decorated and equipped to a high standard, and the three bedrooms - a double, a twin and a single - are attractive and comfortable. There is an electric fire in the sitting room, and a lovely sun room, meaning this cottage is a wonderful retreat in both the summer and winter months.

The village has a long beach with colourful huts and views towards the Isle of Wight, the New Forest park, ponies, walks and cycle trails are a short drive, while a ferry to the Isle of Wight itself makes a great day out.

Home from Home
We booked here for Christmas with our daughter and two grandchildren. What an extremely well equipped property, most of the things we brought with us we left in the car. Driftwood is spacious, even with 5 of us it never felt over crowded. It was clean tidy and warm when we arrived, it had even been decorated for Christmas. There is everything you could possibly want in the cottage, the owners have put a lot of love, care and attention into the property so that those that rent it can feel at home, the bonus is having a driveway to park on. The area is quiet, our granddaughter was very excited every time a horse went past the window. The location is brilliant with the beach a short walk away, which we enjoyed on Christmas day, the New Forrest is only a short drive away.It really was home from home for us for Christmas, we had a very restful break, you feel cocooned away from the outside world staying here and you can't help but relax and unwind.

There is a large garden with lots of garden furniture. The locality is good, the sea being only a short walk away. There are also some good restaurants and cafes in the area.

Driftwood is a really lovely cottage in a great location. The local village has some great pubs and a really nice restaurant. The village has a real community feel to it and people were very friendly. We were very impressed with the exceptionally high standard of the accommodation, it is one of the best cottages I have ever rented! I would recommend it highly.

Our 4th visit to Driftwood and it did not disappoint. Lovely clean cosy bungalow and plenty to do in the surrounding area.
