Fantastic stay
Returned today, after having a wonderful Easter weekend at this wonderful facility. Thank you so much to the owners for paying attention to detail, and creating an enjoyable stay for us.
Pros: Warm, Safe environment for everyone. Utensils provided, toys and entertainment provided. Towels provided.
Cons: With the warm weather, due to the children and I having a fear of spiders and insects, maybe if this place had an insect deterrent: be it plugs, or nets around the windows and doors etc. Also warm weather can lead to smelly bins. Was unable to move bins into the recycling bins as they were sealed close.
Overall, a fantastic stay. Images can be deemed as a real injustice and does not capture the true beauty.
Enjoy your stay to everyone planning on booking. I will most certainly book again.

The Barn
We stayed here at the start of October, and were overwhelmed by the size of it, it will easy take a group of 10 people if the occasion arose. It has all mod cons, a log burning fire, a lovely garden with apple and pear trees, patio and bbq.
There is wifi but it is quite slow, and the mobile networks on both EE and Vodafone aren't that good either, so ideal if you want to be cut off for a bit!
The bedrooms are a fair size and one of the master bedrooms has an amazingly comfy waterbed.
The property is in a very rural area, which we preferred as it was so quiet. Hint: if you are using a sat nav to get here from the North, DO NOT take the turn off at the Halton roundabout where the McDonalds is, as it takes you on a dirt track for a mile or so to get to the property, instead just carry on along the motorway on the A5 and come off on the B5070 for Saint Martins. The area isn't that far to take days out in the country and also for days to the city such as Chester & Liverpool.

Fantastic converted barn with a great lay out for a family get together. The kitchen and open plan lounge/dining room are great for spending time together but the property is so big it still feels really spacious. The views were fantastic, highly recommended.
