This property is situated a short drive or around a thirty-minute walk to the stunning beach at Woolacombe Bay. This beach is a favourite with families and surfers alike and is manned by lifeguards during the summer months. The town itself has a range of shops and a number of eateries.

In nearby Ilfracombe Tunnels Beach is a privately-owned complex of beachside tunnels hand-carved in the 1820s offering a tidal-pool interesting rock pools and a stunning backdrop for keen photographers as well as being home to an abundance of wildlife including peregrine falcons seals and even porpoises. This is a great location for exploring the North Devon coast. This holiday cottage is accessed via several external stairs to the front of the property.

On the ground floor guests will find an open-plan lounge/diner which has a dining table seating four comfortable lounge seating a TV DVD and hi-fi. The pleasant kitchen is equipped with an electric oven hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is also a convenient ground-floor WC.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms the first of which is a king-size room with en-suite shower and WC. The second room is a twin room and there is also a bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC. Outside there are shared lawn areas to both the front and rear of the property which both have seating perfect for enjoying a picnic lunch.

Guests may also make use of the complex s shared facilities which include fishing lakes and an outdoor heated swimming pool which is open from Whitsun through to September. There is plentiful off-road parking available.
