Self Catering in Devon - Ilfracombe

Approached by a private drive and one of five holiday properties located on the site this beautiful cottage features many added extras on site to keep everyone entertained. The farm has many different farm animals available for guests to meet such as horses alpacas pigs donkeys guinea pigs rabbits and chickens. There is also a toddler friendly play area with animal handling and pond dipping.

Ilfracombe and its shops pubs and restaurants is only five miles away from the farm. Sunseekers can visit the beaches at Saunton Sands and Woolacombe. Towns and villages such as Barnstaple and Appledore are within an hour s drive as are the wilds of Exmoor.

Entered through the farm courtyard and through the original barn door the property is laid out on one floor. The lounge/kitchen/diner has a TV DVD player Freeview video and a wood burner (first basket of logs included). The kitchen area is fitted out with an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and washer/dryer.

The dining area has seating for six people. There is one galleried double bedroom with scenic views and an en-suite bathroom with bath hand-held shower and WC and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. Outside there is private patio area with garden furniture and rural views.

Disposable BBQ s can be purchased on site. Guests have use of the shared library filled with books toys and videos. Children aged 13 upwards can take part in craft sessions including bottle craft stained glass and glass painting.

One free taster craft session is available for all new guests outside of school holidays. Craft sessions for young children can be fitted around parent s needs. There is an indoor play barn for guests equipped with pool table table tennis and other games.

There is also a shared riverside picnic area.
